About Roxann Romano

Roxann Romano has over three decades of experience in the financial sector. She is a Senior Portfolio Management Director, Executive Director, and Wealth Director at Morgan Stanley, one of the nation’s largest corporations regarding assets under management. The firm offers various services, including financial planning, investment management for individuals and small businesses, pension advice, and educational seminars. 

Roxann leads a team that develops and executes tailored investment strategies and financial plans for a vast array of clientele. Roxann holds a Family Wealth Director (FWD) designation, which gives her access to specialized services such as estate planning, charity, and wealth “education” for her more prosperous clients. Although Roxann’s FWD certification provides her with the skills and knowledge to serve as a comprehensive family advisor, she is equally committed to offering individualized financial solutions to people with limited resources. 

Roxann received her Bachelor of Science degree at Wagner College, NY. After graduation, she completed the Executive MBA program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, obtaining her Chartered Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) certification. Roxann Romano is a Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor. She has Series 63 and Series 65 licenses, qualifying her as a Security Agenda Investment Adviser Representative and is authorized to advise clients in New York.

Roxann started her career as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter before working as the Senior Vice President of Investments for UBS Financial Services. Established in Switzerland, UBS is widely recognized as the most prominent private bank in the world and the largest banking institution in Switzerland. Their four service groups comprise asset regulation, personal & corporate transactions, wealth maintenance, and comprehensive investment banking. Roxann excelled at the group for eight years before returning to Morgan Stanley. 

When she is not at work, Roxann is heavily involved with philanthropy. She sits on the board of the children’s organization Angels on the Bay, a non-profit which raises awareness and funding for chronically ill and disabled children in her neighborhood. A triathlete, Roxann combines her love of exercise and passion for altruism by sponsoring and participating in charity races. She started the Angels on the Bay/Mary Napolitano Festival of Races and continues to organize fundraising events as race director. She is also the president of the St. Paul the Apostle finance committee, a member of the Columbus Citizens Foundation’s scholarship committee, and a religious education teacher at St. Paul’s church.
